In 2025 the electric basket bag has been updated to have an adapter frame, so is suitable for both a BMZ and Greenway battery and for use on. the C or P line Brompton electric
Introduced in 2022, the electric version of the very popular basket bag. Brompton have developed the basket bag to work with the Brompton Electric battery and Front Carrier Block, while keeping the classic features of the basket bag.
It is basically the same as the basket bag used on the manual Brompton but with space to mount the battery (note – the bag is not very useable without the battery due to the big hole left in the bottom of the bag where the battery connects to the front carrier block)
Note this is not compatible with the G line electric
- An internal brace allows the folding mechanism to adjust the size of the bag, while still being able to see the battery display
- A large capacity of 22 Litres in the main compartment
