The Eagle chain links have a smooth radius with no chamfers or sharp edges, yielding a significant reduction in noise, friction and wear on cassette cogs and chainrings. The chain is also designed with a flatter plate, allowing for greater strength and a greater chain riveting consistency.
The XX1 also incorporates HARD CHROME technology, offering incredible durability and a prolonged optimum performance life, and the Titanium Nitride coating further reduces friction and corrosion. The XX1 also boasts the all new Eagle PowerLock chain connector, which works to provide better chain guiding whilst improving durability and longevity.
